Rigging

Rigging – Foundation – Designed for full and trainee team members who have limited or no practical knowledge of crag safety or basic rigging configurations. The programme will refresh, up-date and improve your personal safety and introduce rigging for rescue loads.

Rigging – Practitioner –The course will re-fresh, up-date and improve participants practical technical rigging knowledge and skills in the field.

Advanced Rigging: Mountain – Designed for team members with current practical skills and knowledge of the SMR Rigging Practitioner course, or equivalent knowledge and experience level of technical rescue systems. The programme will update and improve your practical technical rigging knowledge and skills in the field

Advanced Rigging: Gorge and Canyon – Designed for team members with current practical skills and knowledge of the SMR Rigging Practitioner course, or equivalent knowledge and experience level of technical rescue systems. The programme will update and improve your practical technical rigging knowledge and skills in the field

Rigging – Winter – Designed for those team members who can effectively operate without protection on winter Grade I terrain, and have completed the SMR Rigging Practitioner course. The programme will refresh, up-date and improve your practical winter technical rigging knowledge and rescue skills in the field.
